The quickest way to fix an issue is to search this Mission Troubleshooting guide for the error or problem you’re encountering. If you can’t find an answer here, also check out our Mission FAQ. If neither of those are helpful, open a Ticket in the Metaverse HQ Discord Server or email [email protected] and be sure to include your public wallet address.
If you know the issue you’re encountering is related to a specific connection type, like Discord, Twitter, or your wallet, search further down the page for more specific troubleshooting steps.
If you suspect your issue is related to your browser (ex: Google Chrome) or wallet software (ex: Metamask)—or if you’re unsure what’s causing the problem—see if any of the following actions resolve your issue. They will sometimes solve issues, like metamask loading forever, interface buttons disappearing or not responding, or the website not responding to network switching.
Sometimes after you finish an Objective’s required steps, the Objective doesn’t immediately register as Completed. Wait 1-2 minutes and refresh the page. If this doesn’t work, search the rest of this guide for troubleshooting steps that are more specific to the connection type that’s related to your problem, like Discord, Twitter, or your wallet.
On rare occasions, VPNs, ad blockers, and other page-modifying browser extensions will trigger bot detection errors. If you have anything like that running on your machine or browser, temporarily disable it to see if it gets rid of the bot message.
